Founded by Will Rownd, a graduate of the University of Minnesota Duluth with a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, our approach is rooted in rigorous data methodology and a deep understanding of what drives results—on the ice and in the boardroom.

Will began his professional journey at Fastenal Company, where he advanced from a Data Analyst to a Business Analyst, honing his skills in data visualization, performance metrics, and strategic decision-making. His experience spans operational analytics, business intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration, giving him a strong foundation in turning complex data into actionable insights.

Beyond the corporate world, Will is also a dedicated youth hockey coach. His firsthand experience working with players and fellow coaches gives him a unique perspective on the metrics that matter most in sports development. He understands the challenges coaches face and knows how to translate data into tools that improve individual performance and team dynamics.
